The R1 Code of Conduct
Overview: R1 Learning’s Code of Conduct applies to all employees, contractors, and partners. These codes set the standards for how we work together, serve our customers, and protect our business.
Core Standards:
Integrity & Ethics: Act lawfully, honestly, and ethically in all business dealings. Deception, bribery, or falsification of records is strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality & Data Privacy: Protect confidential information, including R1’s intellectual property and all Customer Data (PHI/PII). Never share access credentials.
Conflict of Interest: Avoid situations where personal interests conflict—or appear to conflict—with the interests of R1 Learning.
Security Compliance: Strictly follow all Information Security policies. Complete required security training on time and adhere to clean desk/screen policies.
Respect & Professionalism: R1 is committed to a harassment-free workplace. Treat colleagues, clients, and partners with dignity and respect. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
Acceptable Use: Use company property, software, and systems for authorized business purposes only.
Duty to Report: Report known or suspected violations of this Code, including security incidents, immediately to your manager, R1’s Chief Technology Officer, or R1 Leadership Team.
Disciplinary Action: Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct or R1’s Security Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, supplier or contracting status, and legal action.
