Frank Bomher is a self-taught technology and data strategist with 17+ years of experience in enterprise systems development, process improvement, and solutions development that drive innovation. His career, primarily in the defense contracting industry, is characterized by a dedication to creating innovative technology solutions that not only automate but also simplify the user experience, all while leveraging the power of data and analytics to unlock new insights for stakeholders. Frank has also built companies in the health and wellness industry and brings leadership, experience and positive energy into each business endeavor.

Frank's personal journey through recovery has profoundly shaped his professional ethos, driving him to apply his extensive tech and data acumen to foster positive change. At R1 Learning, he aims to leverage the beautiful and engaging R1 Learning System to create fun, simple, and engaging technology solutions, while using data to improve outcomes for individuals, organizations, and the broader mental healthcare space.

Frank is a dual graduate of DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) concentrated in Real Estate Finance.
